Who we are

ExamTrainX (examtrainx.com) is operated from Finland ("we"). Contact: privacy@examtrainx.com.

What we collect

During this preview, ExamTrainX does not ask you for any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up and no contact forms.

No cookies. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels or other technologies that store information on your device or follow you across websites.
Visitor statistics without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and to measure how fast our pages load. When a page loads, a small script sends Cloudflare the page address (without query parameters), the referring website, your browser, operating system and device type, your country, and page-load performance measurements. It does not set cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not identify or fingerprint individual visitors. We see only aggregated statistics.
Your answers stay in your browser. Practice exams run entirely in your browser. Your answers and your result are not sent to us. They are kept only in the storage of your browser tab, which your browser clears when the tab's session ends. A browser that restores closed tabs may bring them back.
Technical logs at our hosting provider. Our website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify you.
E-mails you send us. If you e-mail privacy@examtrainx.com, we use your e-mail address and your message only to reply to you, and we delete them when the matter is closed.

Legal basis

We process technical log data, visitor statistics and e-mails you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering a secure website, understanding how it is used and how well it performs, and answering your messages (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare acts as our processor for the technical logs and the visitor statistics. Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Apart from e-mails you send us, we do not store personal data ourselves. Cloudflare keeps technical logs and visitor statistics for a limited time in line with its own retention practices.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, this is the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). Contact us at privacy@examtrainx.com.

Changes

When we add accounts or other features, we will update this notice before they go live.
